Outside on the other side of the street, opposite the main entrance.
How to get there

Go to the nearest staircase. There are three, centre, west and east. Follow the green signs.

Walk all the way down the stairs. Do not use the lift.

On the ground floor leave the building by the nearest exit.

Continue to the assembly point and report there.
